Madhu has joined Auroville Consulting as the Team Lead of our Training and Capacity building initiatives – Auroville Green Practices (AGP). She brings with her several years of experience combining liberal education systems like that of Montessori and curriculum development for early years as well as organized team building sessions in corporate setting and cross-culture and art-based events at the French Institute in Chennai, India . She has also pursued a Master’s in Psychology, after working a few years in customer service and project management roles.

Madhu joins AGP Workshops with a passion for connecting sustainability and environmentalism through workshops. Her diverse background allows her to tailor these workshops for diverse audiences, be it integrating them into school curriculums, catering to personal interests, or fostering professional development.
